Whitney Marshall

For my December Showcase project, I decided to focus on the field of Event Planning, and I thought it would be fun to plan a Nursing Home Prom. I have planned everything, from decorations to the budget. There are even plans for how to keep track of all volunteers and tasks that needed to be completed. If this plan became a reality, and I put on the prom for my Final Project in May, it would require more planning. I would have to speak to the participating nursing home, gain funding, and get focused on following the aspects of my plan. Even though it is a lot of hard work, I really enjoyed planning this prom, designing every aspect, and making the decisions.
